This piece has an extreme glow in the dark effect.  The phosphorus is mixed in with the bubbles to make an awesome look.
There are several varieties of fish painted just on the inside of the glass on the sides of the globes

This product is solid glass, very large.   They range in size 12-17 pounds of solid glass
The crystals or the white crumbs you see in the middle of the globe is phosphorus.  When phosphorus is exposed to the light during the day, it will glow at night for an hour or more depending on how bright the day has been.

It can be used outside as a hand blown glass gazing ball, a decoration around your deck or pool area.  How about a maintenance free fish tank

Mirrored LED light base that does not rotate will enhance the piece even more.  Seven different lights fade in and out of the bottom to give it a different effect.
